This weekend we visited Pacifica, a nearby beach town that is stuck in the 1980s.
How do I know? You have to go yourself to see what I mean, but it’s the kind of town where you can still get a square scoop of ice cream at the drug store.
A nice family-owned bakery named Mazzetti’s will let you taste 21 different kinds of delicious cake for a nominal fee–
This unique Indian is wheeled out in front of a cigar store daily….
And I have no idea what’s up with Mickey and Minnie…None.
But of course, there’s the beach — and it’s a good one. Here are a few things I have found there while dozens of people were catching a wave and my dog was eating dead crabs out of the sand. He loves the 80s too.
OMG This is hilarious. And true. I live in the ’80s here. Also, I seem to have fallen face first this evening into that box of cake. R’ed by cake.
We have just GOT to bring our Human, though she won’t eat cake! And I would love to check out the crabs in Snappy’s restaurant:-)
Everyone should eat cake at Mazzetti’s — it’s the best. And the beaches are wonderful for puppies.
